Biography:

Originally from Australia, I have been living in the UK for seventeen years. I completed an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology and ITEC Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Complementary Therapies in 2016.  I am interested in the mind-body connection and how our state of mind influences our body and overall health and the impact of stress on our bodies.

Further training includes:

  • Certificate in Advanced Reflexology Techniques with Tony Porter
  • Pregnancy Reflexology with Louise Keets
  • Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage with Sally Kay

I am also qualified in ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage.  Sports Massage is not just for sporting injuries but helps with pain and tension as a result of postural imbalances, emotional withholding, stress and muscular knots.

I am trained in the following massage:

  • Holistic/Swedish
  • Deep Tissue
  • Hot Stones
  • Pregnancy Massage

I am also qualified in Facial Reflexology (trained by Ziggy Bergman) and Natural Facelift Massage.  Both treatments help to release long held tension in the face and jaw.  Facial Reflexology is a holistic and gentle treatment that has all the health benefits of Foot Reflexology with the added benefit of a radiant, firmer and more glowing complexion and can be beneficial for people suffering from headaches, insomnia, migraines and sinusitis.

Natural Facelift Massage is like a mini face lift.  It involves a variety of smoothing, lifting and energising techniques, including acupressure points to help improve muscle tone and maintain a youthful appearance.

Both treatments include upper arm, head and neck massage.  Individually the treatments are half an hour but I can combine both to give a full facial treatment. Alternatively I can add one to a half hour foot reflexology treatment or massage.
