Our team continues to learn

Alla continues her professional development and has recently gained ITEC Level 5 in Sports Massage Therapy.

The course enables her to understand and treat wider range of conditions and those with neurological representations. It also expands Alla's use of advanced therapy skills in her treatment methods. Sports Massage is not just limited to Sports injuries, but can also be applied to the injuries, aches and pains sustained in every day life.

Zofia has successfully completed an intensive Thai Massage course, bringing even more expertise to our practice.

Thai massage is an oil free massage which offers a unique blend of stretching, acupressure, and assisted yoga poses, promoting relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being. Thai Massage can help you achieve a deeper state of relaxation and balance. Loose and comfortable clothing is recommended. A loose-fitting t-shirt and lightweight, stretchy pants or shorts would be ideal. Avoid anything too tight or restrictive to allow for ease of movement during the treatment. Thai massage will only be available to book by calling or emailing reception as it needs an extra room and we need to make sure that our Room 4 is available.

Alison Hintzen is fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support

"I love walking/hiking as many my clients know, but it’s been a few years since I have actively taken part in a challenge raising money for worthwhile charity.  My good friend Jo and I are getting back into the swing of things, starting with a 14 Mile walk, along the Norfolk Coast, raising money for MacMillan Cancer Care.

Having had a baby in the last year, she is wanting to get back in shape. I however, have had no excuse, other than being a bit lazy about arranging anything. I have decided to join her on my own mission to regain a bit of focus and endurance for long distance walks/hiking again and do more for charity.

In my work, I support many of you with your marathons and events at the moment. Hopefully, doing my own challenge should enable me to empathise with you. I promise to be more lenient with my elbows and with pestering you about doing your stretches!

Thanks for your support and I look forward to telling you all about it.

(Right- I’m off to find “my spiky massage ball” ????)

Best wishes,

Alison"

This is just a gentle reminder that we have a cancellation policy and any appointments which are missed or cancelled less than 24 hour before the appointment time will be charged in full.  Our new online booking system makes this much simpler. Our therapists are all well qualified professionals and we are grateful for your respect for their time.
